About this oil
Our cold-pressed safflower oil (kusube ennai) is made by slowly pressing safflower seeds at low temperature. It is not refined, bleached or deodorised, and nothing is added.
It is naturally light in taste, which makes it a good choice when you want a gentle oil that does not overpower the dish.

Questions about safflower oil
What is safflower oil?
It is oil pressed from the seeds of the safflower plant, known as kusube in Kannada. Ours is cold-pressed and not refined.

How should I store it?
